Work as part of a cross‑functional team to improve the Workday Recruitment mobile experience for recruiters and hiring managers.
Lead end‑to‑end design: framing problems, planning and conducting user research, mapping flows and interaction patterns, and delivering high‑fidelity designs and prototypes for iOS and Android.
Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers and content designers to ship features that balance user needs, business objectives and technical constraints.

Led user research projects across Vhi Healthcare’s public B2C digital channels (public website, member portal and app), informing roadmaps and design decisions.
Planned, executed and analysed mixed‑methods studies (interviews, focus groups, workshops, usability testing, web analytics) to uncover customer needs and pain points.
Advocated for the user throughout discovery, design and development, often pushing for proper discovery work where initially only usability testing was planned.
Coached designers and product stakeholders on research best practices and helped embed research into the product development process.
Worked across the full product lifecycle, from early opportunity assessment through to post‑launch evaluation.
